A concrete-look floor has the calm of concrete without the drawbacks of an exposed structural floor. The clouding is built up during application, creating depth in the surface.

Clouding and shadow in a closed mineral floor
The finish is built up in layers in which pigment is applied unevenly. This creates a play of shadow that reads as a cast surface rather than a painted floor.
How much clouding is visible is agreed in advance on a sample. A restrained application suits a clean-lined interior; a pronounced one works in rooms with plenty of daylight and little furniture.
The floor is sealed with a matte top layer that leaves the texture intact and makes the surface easy to clean.
